 Rep. Michael Michaud shared news and views from Washington. His comments on the current administration and the war in Iraq drew much applause.
 After a change of clothes, Sen. Damon was onstage to speak to us about the Maine Won't Discriminate referundum, bond issues, and the Working Waterfront amendment.

State Rep. Ted Koffman spoke about the growing influence of right wing organizations in state politics. Rep. Jim Schatz gave us a quick review of his experiences as a freshman Rep. this session. Then it was on to the auction! The bidding was lively, and Sen. Damon's incomparable auctioneering kept everyone engaged. There were lots of great deals. The biggest winner? Democrats in Hancock County. Proceeds from the Lobster Feed and Auction will go to support HCDC activities in the coming year.
